Liran Shen
Dr. Liran Shen received her Ph.D. in Computer Science Technology, in 2006 from Harbin Engineering University (HEU), Harbin, China. From 2008 to 2013, she was a postdoctoral fellow, in Information and Communication Engineering, HEU. She is an Associate Professor in the College of Information Science and Technology, Dalian Maritime University (DLMU), Dalian, 116026, P.R China. She was a visiting scholar with the Center on Information and Communications Technology Research (CICTR) in the Institute of Electrical and Computer Sciences at the Pennsylvania State University. Her research interests include signal processing, machine learning, pattern recognition and underwater communications. Her visit to CICTR was financed by the China Scholarship Council (CSC).
